SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Please allow up to 2-5 days for your order to be processed and shipped to you. All orders are processed and shipped twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10am – 5pm, all orders placed after 2pm on Friday will ship the following week.
Shipping time and Cost .All the Turkey orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo Service .So the shipping cost and time will be calculated at checkout only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International shipments are shipped via PTT.
If you don’t see your country listed, please send us an email at boogiebeegie.studio@gmail.com and we will assist you.
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the country of destination. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the
recipient, these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

If something is out of stock or we expect a delay in shipping, we will let you know in a timely fashion. We greatly appreciate your patience in these instances.
We ship using FedEx, UPS, PTT and Yurtiçi Kargo. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking info. For packages weighing more than 10 lbs. or that require special handling, we will contact you to discuss your preferred method of shipment.
